Our trial offer let's you try the Thigh Glider System in your home for 30 days for one payment of $14.95 + S&H. If you decide to keep your Thigh Glider System, your credit card will automatically be billed 4 consecutively monthly payments of only $44.95. Should you decide to return the Thigh Glider you will receive a refund of the purchase price, excluding trial offer fees & S&H by calling our toll free customer service number at 1-888-776-0566 before the end of the 30 day trial period. When you call, they will provide you with a return date and return instructions for you to follow.

You must return the Thigh Glider, at your cost, by the return date to receive a full refund of your purchase price, excluding trial fees & S&H. If you return the product late, but within 30 days of the first attempted delivery of the Thigh Glider to you, you will still receive a refund, but a 15% (max restocking fee in AL is $25) restocking fee will be deducted. No returns will be accepted after the 30 day period. The Thigh Glider System comes with a 90 day warranty and a 30 day money back guarantee.

Do I need to assemble the Thigh Glider?


The Thigh Glider is easily assembled. Easy-to-follow instructions are provided in the Owner's Manual & on the DVD. All the tools are included for your convenience. Depending on the individual, on average it should take 10-20 minutes to fully assemble.

Should you decide to return the Thigh Glider System, we'll refund your original product purchase price,(excluding trial fees & S&H) when the complete Thigh Glider System has been received. You are responsible for all return shipping charges.

Shipping Information



How much is shipping for Thigh Glider? 


$29.95 within the lower 48 states.  If shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Virgin Islands, Guam or Puerto Rico, there will be an additional fee in S&H charges + applicable tax. Email a Customer Service Representative at cservice@thighglider.com for additional fee information or questions.



When will I receive my order?


Standard delivery is generally 2-4 weeks, via UPS Ground. You may expedite your order with our Priority Processing for an additional $14.95

Standard Shipping is $6.95



How long after I place an order will my credit card be billed?

Warranty and Return Information



Is my Thigh Glider system covered by a warranty?


Yes. Every Thigh Glider System is covered by a limited 90 day warranty. The manufacturer warrants that your Thigh Glider system is free of defects in material and workmanship and will, at its option repair any defective Thigh Glider System that is returned. This warranty runs for ninety (90) days from the original date of purchase. Normal wear and tear is not covered by this warranty.



What is the return policy?


Thigh Glider values its customer relationships and therefore, offers a consumer return policy for any product purchased directly from us. Under this policy, a purchaser may return to Thigh Glider within the applicable return policy period, for a credit or a refund for the original product purchase price, excluding trial offer fees and S&H.



All products purchased directly from Thigh Glider must be returned within thirty (30) days from the date on the packing slip or invoice for a credit or refund of the original purchase price paid, excluding trial offer fees and S/H.



In order to obtain your refund or credit, you must contact a Thigh Glider customer service agent to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within the return policy period.  Call Thigh Glider customer service at 1-888-776-0566 to receive your RMA number. Please note that your return will not be processed without the RMA number.



You must ship the products within five (5) days of the date you receive the RMA. 


You must:


  1. Ship back the Thigh Glider product and all of the original components. Credit for partial returns may be less than the invoice price.

  2. Return the product in as-new condition along with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the shipping box.

  3. Ship the product at your expense, and insure the shipment or accept the risk of loss or damage during shipment.


Where should return merchandise be shipped?


All product returns must be returned postage pre-paid to our Customer Return Center at the following address:

Any returned merchandise not sent to the above address will not be accepted for refund or may be returned to the original purchaser.



How will money be refunded?


If you paid using a credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express) a credit will be made to the same credit card which was used for the original purchase, less any applicable shipping and handling fees or restocking charges.



If you paid using E-check, cashier's check, money order or personal check, a check will be issued in the amount of the original purchase, less any applicable shipping and handling fees or restocking charges to the name listed on the original packing list and sent to the same address as the original shipment. 



We are only able to process returns to the same credit cards, name and addressed as the original shipments. 



How long does it take to process a return?


It typically will take seven to fourteen days to process your return request. If it exceeds 14 days, please contact Thigh Glider customer service at 1-888-776-0566.
